Description: Stop Think Do is a social skills programme for use in schools with children who have emotional, social or behavioural difficulties that affect their ability to make friends. The critical skills trained in the Stop Think Do Program include: Social perceptual skills Self-control Cognitive skills Behavioural skills Pro-social motivation Support of significant people These critical skills are taught via the Stop Think Do problem-solving process, using the universal traffic light symbol (green, yellow and red). The Stop Think Do Extra Posters include a set of 3 colourful laminated posters depicting the red, yellow, green traffic lights and the corresponding STOP THINK DO steps to be displayed vertically, like a real traffic light.
