Description: More Reading for Meaning follows the same style as the original Reading for Meaning series. Book 1A fits between book 1 and 2 of the original series in terms of difficulty and each book is slightly harder than the previous one. Activities in the series include: deduction, scanning, orientation, drawing from text, classification, sequencing, cloze and true or false. Book 1 can be used at reception/year 1 level but the whole series has been successful throughout primary and into secondary years.
