Description: This work helps parents to explain the emotional and physical changes adolescence brings to children with learning disabilities. Offers support to parents and carers of children with learning disabilities who are approaching or who are around the age of puberty. The easy-to-follow style and clear, picture based stories are suitable for young people who may not be able to read. Schools can use it as part of their sex and relationships education programme and to develop their partnership with parents to support this work at home.
