Description: Use active learning to develop concept knowledge. Students draw in response to directions on full-color, wipe-off pictures. The 50 8 ½"x 11" illustrated cards have engaging characters like Zippy, Tippy, and the Tweeter Triplets that capture students' attention. Students add on to each picture and illustrate a variety of concepts. They can practice the targeted concepts over and over again with the erasable markers. The manual has two lessons for each card. Each lesson targets two or three related concepts. Spatial -concepts such as above/below, top/middle/bottom, next to, left/right, corner/center, and more -e.g., in/on: "Draw two red butterflies on Monty's hat. Draw some green grass in Monty's jar."
