Description: A way to learn how the adolescent with ASD perceives their own challenges and what they see as their strengths and skills. The UCC is designed to assist in developing individualized, targeted interventions and supports. The Underlying Characteristics Checklists Self-Report-Adolescent (UCC-SR-ADOL) is a non-standardized assessment tool for use with adolescents (ages 12-18) diagnosed with ASD or who exhibit behaviors often related to ASD. Domains assessed include: Social; Restricted Patterns of Behavior, Interests, and Activities; Communication; Sensory Differences; Cognitive Differences; Motor Differences; Emotional Vulnerability; and Medical or Other Biological Factors. The UCC includes the Individual Strengths and Skills Inventory (ISSI), a parallel tool for identifying strengths across the same domains. Package of 20 blank protocols. Manual sold separately.
